Control clamd (services), Encrypted notes, CPU load, Nice processes

- The ability to control clamd / antivirus from the services menu (since this seems to take up a lot of memory on the server on install)
- Encrypted notes for each server (so we can add notes related to the server so we have them at hand to administer)
- Actual CPU load on the dash board for each server
- Show processes running on the server and the abilty to perhaps 'nice' a process so it reduces CPU load (especially for shared VPS)
