Disable app in cloudstick

Disable a Wordpress install on Cloudstick. Similar to a maitnenace mode but this would be used in the event a client does not pay their bill on time and for a longer period of time. You can disable the website and then enable it again once the bill in paid. The current method woud be to make a back up of the app, download the back up, delete the app and once ready to deploy the app create it again with the back up.
