External backup - Rclone support

This feature allows the customer to use any VPS, NAS, self-hosted infrastructure, or even their own workstation, to perform backups periodically, without a storage restriction, by using one of the most popular open-source software out there - Rclone.

Rclone is open-source, compatible with most storage providers (AWS S3, Blackblaze, Google Drive, Dropbox...). Integrating this tool within CloudStick would enable a wide range of external backup solutions, putting it next to the biggest names in the competition (FlyWP, CloudPanel...).
