Will this also allow for sub-users? Like a whm, where sub-user has access to its cpanel account only ?

+1 on this. I am running a small IT buisiness and would love to have this working. Also custom branding for emails and web portal would be a huge bonus. I have server infrastructure ready to go.
I've been looking for a solid user friendly solution and so far cloudstick looks great!
